Kali Sanders, Certified Yoga Teacher and Integrative Trauma Practitioner
Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Kali carries the quiet wisdom of the desert wherever she goes. Now based in Santa Rosa, California, she draws on trauma-informed care, restorative yoga, mindfulness meditation, and somatic coaching to guide her teaching. Her offerings include group yoga classes as well as individual somatic coaching sessions.
Kali’s teachings are grounded in a simple yet profound idea: forcing the mind to stop harmful patterns rarely brings relief or lasting change. True healing comes from extending compassionate awareness to the parts of ourselves that have become wounded or lost — giving ourselves permission to experience the full depth of our own humanity. This understanding flows through every class and session she offers.
